SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our signature program, designed by athletes, for athletes. This program includes instruction and sport specific exercises to increase flexibility, mobility, linear and lateral speed, power and overall conditioning. Soft tissue work and corrective exercises are incorporated to address deficiencies that caused prior injury and reduce the risk of future injury. Our record speaks for itself. We have developed thousands of local athletes into All-Stars in their respective sports.

Want to hit harder, run faster, throw harder and increase in-game agility? This is the program for you. By combining strength, power and speed training, the baseball and softball experts at Rate Of Force have developed the ultimate program to transfer the strength and skill work you do at our facility to real results on the diamond.

This program also addresses specific skill sets needed for positional players and corrective exercises to eliminate common overuse injuries and muscle asymmetries that aren’t identified in team practices.

We offer private, semi-private and group fitness sessions.

This is our most advanced adult fitness program. Designed to add slabs of muscle, knockout power, and relentless conditioning, you will actually be as strong as you look. If Olympic lifts like bench press and squats are your thing, grueling body weight exercises get you motivated or you want to push yourself by flipping 500lb tires, this is your program. Offered as semi-private and group sessions.
